Our web meetings are designed to the same format as if we were to be meeting in your offices and enables us to discuss in detail our requirements and share with you product views and data as if we were there in your office.

How It Works

Fill in your details below and request a time and date that suits. We will then contact you to confirm your requirements and will follow with an e-mail meeting invitation.  All you need to do is click on the e-mail link at the pre agreed appointment time and date and there we are on live video link. Our innovative system is web based and completely secure.  You do not have to down load any programs or data just log on to our secure server as if you were browsing any web site. For real time conversation you can choose standard telephone line or VOIP (headphone & microphone required).

Do I need Any Special Equipment?

No special equiment, cameras or any downloads are required, our web meetings are basically click and play. You will be suprised at how simple it is. Live conversation is normally done over a standard telephone line however if you have headphone and microphone you can opt for VOIP or voice over the internet.  If you have a web cam you can even opt for us to see you as well, however these additions are not required and lack of them will not deminsh the effectivness of the meeting format

Our clients have found the web meeting format quick and easy to initiate and a very effective time and resource saver, as its all done via your pc or laptop wherever you are.  We can even include up to six of your colleagues or record the meeting so you can pass it on to colleagues that could not attend
